Role: Creative Lead, Strategy, Paid Media

Brief: To develop and drive the creative strategy for Nurecover’s paid media, producing high-performing ad content tailored to multiple platforms.

I led the production of 60+ ads per week, balancing creativity with a performance-driven approach. I implemented an iterative testing framework that continuously refined messaging, visuals, and formats based on real-time performance insights. This approach maximised ad efficiency, optimised spend and drove sustained revenue growth.
